Analytical Laboratories, INC is proud to announce that we are updating our laboratory system starting January 1st, 2023. The benefits of this system upgrade will improve our services to you, as our client. In our best efforts, we will work hard to maintain a smooth consistency from our previous program to provide you with excellent services.
Expected in January 2023, our system will operate and will perform vastly different from our old legacy system. We will be working towards a full electronic delivery from every day laboratory reports to invoices/statements. We ask any current clients to notify or report any issues to staff with accounts or with updated information changes for the success of our new program.
As with program updates & upgrades, there are expected limitations. We will do the best we can to provide sufficient accommodations. We apologize for any inconveniences these changes may cause while we gain familiarity and comfortability with our upgraded lab program. We will address any issues with absolute care and respect as promptly as possible.
Risk of Allocation: Analytical Laboratories, Inc. will perform preparation and testing services, obtain findings and prepare reports in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). If, for any reason, Analytical Laboratories, Inc. errors in the conduct of a test or procedure their liability shall be limited to the cost of the test or procedure completed in error. Under no circumstance will Analytical Laboratories, Inc. be liable for any other cost associated with obtaining a sample or use of data.
